How do I check that your company is legitimate before I let a tech in?
Please do check. Ask for our business name and address, look us up on the Ohio Secretary of State business search, and confirm we carry liability insurance. You can ask what our tech drives and what he'll be wearing. Any honest repair company will answer all of that without getting defensive.
How soon can someone come out?
Depends on where you are and how the week is running. Call us and we'll tell you the real next opening instead of a vague promise. Leaking water or a fridge full of food moves up the list.

No. We're an independent repair company, not authorized or certified by any brand. We service all major brands. If your unit is still under a factory warranty, call the manufacturer first so you don't pay for work they'd cover.
